Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA/QC Analyst I to test and validate
data from an internal automated system for court record
extraction.
Key Responsibilities
Document court contact information and maintain UAT documents
Collaborate with team members to create and update standard
operating procedures
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for operational
performance tracking
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
2+ years in a Researcher or Quality Assurance role, preferably in
the credit reporting agency industry
Experience in coordinating cross-functional activities or projects
is a plus
Familiarity with relevant industry compliance standards and
regulations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
