Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Tier 1
support (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving
basic technical issues
Log all customer interactions and solutions in the help desk
ticketing system
Document solutions to common issues and update the knowledge base
for future support
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Basic understanding of operating systems, PC hardware, and
networking fundamentals
Familiarity with common software applications and troubleshooting
techniques
At least one year of customer service or technical support
experience preferred
Healthcare solution support experience is a plus
