Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quantitative Analyst (Staff / Sr
Staff) - Power Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Influence product direction through research insights and lead
cross-functional engagements to tackle complex challenges
Analyze trading performance to identify factors driving performance
and promote continuous strategy improvement
Research, develop, backtest, and deploy quantitative trading
signals and strategies in the energy domain
Required Qualifications
Passion for clean energy and combating climate change
Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer
science, data science, or engineering
6+ years of experience in quantitative research and analytics
within US Power Markets
4+ years of experience with Python and related computational
science tools
Experience in developing and tracking performance of quantitative
trading strategies in production
