Basic skills with basic level of proficiency and you will gain a general understanding in one or more FIS products. Generally performing multiple tasks ranging from simple to more complex levels of research and support. Work independently with minimal supervision. Consult with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Typically requires up to one year experience.What you will be doing:-- Provides excellent customer service while serving as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact to the financial institution's high-value customers.-- Addresses inquiries and performs research required to fulfill clients inquiry/requests.-- Liaise with appropriate IT Support teams to address client maintenance requests for supported products.-- Works with various internal and external clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries.-- Follows up as required to close service tickets and inquiries that were escalated or referred to a different business function.-- Interfaces with clients to determine present and future needs and discusses progress toward solutions.What you will need:--- Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus; personal banking experience preferred--- Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development--- Strong analytical skills---Organizational and time management skills required--- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently--- Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications--- Excellent oral and written communications skills--- Strong problem solving skillsAdded bonus if you have:-- --- Knowledge of FIS products and servicesWhat we offer you:At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
