Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Technician to support
service delivery and manage service projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams,
managing communication and project execution
Generate and review service proposals, quotes, and budgetary
estimates while tracking project progress
Support the implementation of service plans and schedules,
coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in solution creation within an industrial
automation networking environment
Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on automation and
Ethernet-based communications
Experience in a sales and service role in the industrial automation
market
In-depth understanding of RFQ, RFP, and proposal generation
procedures
Previous experience in a similar role within the networking or
telecommunications industry
