Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Architect for their
Data Infrastructure Insights software.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand
business requirements and technical needs
Guide customers through the adoption phase and ensure successful
integration of the software
Promote awareness and understanding of the DII solution within the
customer organization
Qualifications
5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
Understanding of on-prem storage vendors and infrastructure
domains
Software or SaaS presales or customer success experience
preferred
Knowledge of monitoring and observability best practices
Basic scripting and/or basic SQL skills
