Job Description:
A company is looking for an SBA Underwriter - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite SBA guaranteed loan products ensuring compliance with
regulations and bank policies
Compile data for credit packages and interpret analysis outcomes
for loan approvals
Evaluate loan applications, identify risks, and recommend
exceptions based on findings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related
field with 1+ year of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of commercial and small business credit
underwriting and lending practices
Understanding of C&I and CRE loan requirements, including
financial statement analysis
Ability to make sound decisions and handle confidential information
responsibly
Familiarity with related software applications, including
spreadsheets and word processing
