Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join
their team remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to Americas Hiring Managers and manage
the end-to-end recruitment process
Leverage social media to attract passive candidates and create
effective job descriptions
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer
stage
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional recruiting and sourcing experience for
Sales and Service roles
Experience in both corporate and search firm environments is
preferred
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment assignments
in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and
LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
