Lead Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Coding & OASIS Reviewer to review OASIS and coding for home health and hospice agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Review OASIS and document recommended changes in the approved system
Review ICD-10 coding and sequencing from patient chart documentation
Complete documentation of review results and ensure timely workflow processes

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in medical coding or OASIS review work
HCS-D certification
HCS-O OR COS-C certification
Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
Quality assurance work experience in a post-acute setting (preferred)
