Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Admin to support the
Customer Success team with various administrative and customer
service tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Filling out Excel spreadsheets and creating customer locations in
V-Select
Handling customer equipment order requests and billing
submissions
Providing overall administrative support to Project Coordinators
and Customer Success Managers
Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma; Associate degree preferred
1+ years of related experience, preferably in telecom/IT
Strong customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and
Outlook
Ability to learn and understand custom software systems and online
tools
