Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Booking Coordinator (HHG
Military Move) to oversee and support the booking team for military
household goods relocations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the booking team to ensure efficient and
service-oriented operations
Manage day-to-day booking activities and resolve complex booking
issues
Collaborate with various departments to streamline booking
processes and improve workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; preferred
undergraduate degree in a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch operations, with at least
1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Proficiency in booking and logistics management software
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports
and communications
