Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer for
Worldwide Selling Partner Support - Risk Training.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop learning solutions and programs using adult
learning principles
Conduct analysis to identify key tasks and skills for curriculum
development
Collaborate with global teams to develop training content and
manage curriculum maintenance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process
improvement initiatives
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech
teams
3+ years of experience in stakeholder management
