Job Description:
A company is looking for a DeFi Growth Lead to drive the growth
of the DeFi ecosystem within their organization.
Key Responsibilities
Meet regularly with DeFi teams to assist in their development on
the Solana protocol
Facilitate brainstorming sessions for new product ideas and their
implementation
Manage and set agendas for DeFi events, including the Monthly DeFi
Roundtable
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in the blockchain ecosystem
Strong understanding of the existing Solana DeFi landscape
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, including
engineering and marketing
Technical background with an understanding of Solana programs is a
plus
