Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Systems Administrator to
manage and maintain their Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS
Provide user support and resolve technical issues related to the
LMS
Upload, test, and maintain training content in the LMS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field
Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably with
Cornerstone OnDemand
Strong technical skills, including experience with databases and
system integration
Experience in training staff on system usage
Knowledge of compliance and operational performance improvement
standards
