Job Description:
:
Under general supervision, provide technical software, hardware and
network problem resolution to all Insurance Administrative
Solutions, LLC computer users. Requires experience in developing
requirements and coordinating projects; excellent communication
skills, and some design knowledge. Requires 3 to 5 years of LAN/WAN
and Voice Experience. The job requires problem diagnosis and
resolution in a call center and infrastructure environment. The job
requires the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions in
a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user
training as needed; assist System team members on Network and voice
related issues; troubleshoot network printer problems; pass more
complex end-user problems on to Vendor maintenance support; conduct
hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting;
and perform related work as required. We are an equal employment
