Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Lead to join
their Member Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve system bugs and issues while tracking and
prioritizing them
Conduct risk assessments to identify gaps and provide data-driven
recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective
communication and alignment on technical issues
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
4-6 years of experience in product management, technical support,
or development/QA
Experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and
CRM systems
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical
teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively
