Job Description:

An insurance company in Clearwater, Florida has an immediate need for a Network / Voice Engineer for their call center operations.

In this position the successful applicant should be able to:

- Successfully identify and resolve problems involving VoIP, Network, Internet, Firewalls, servers, computer technology for a call center environment

- Install new hardware, systems, and software for networks as required

- Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices

- Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.

- Oversee software and network security

Requirements:

- CCNA Required

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

- Knowledge of Windows, Cisco Systems, Unix, Linux, and Novell

- 3-5 years maintaining LAN and WAN Cisco networks
