support internal communication initiatives during a critical
period.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication plans for organizational
changes
Draft and distribute internal communications to keep staff informed
and engaged
Create content to enhance employee engagement and assist leadership
with internal communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism,
Human Resources, or a related field
2-5 years of related experience in communications
Experience working on change management projects or large-scale
internal initiatives
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency with internal communication tools and intranet
platforms
