Job Description:
A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Litigation
Attorney (Temp).
Key Responsibilities
Manage labor and employment litigation cases, focusing on
California fair employment and housing laws
Conduct investigations by tracking down factual issues and
interviewing relevant individuals
Prepare for trial scheduled for late January/early February,
dedicating 20-25 hours a week
Required Qualifications
4+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
Experience with California fair employment and housing cases
preferred
Investigation experience is a plus
Must be actively licensed and in good standing in California,
Washington, or Oregon
Must be available for concurrent employment restrictions during the
contract period
