Job Description:

We are hiring property managers with flexible and full-time schedules. They work independently, assess customer needs, and perform daily tasks. Key requirements include transporting items weighing up to 35 pounds, walking in/outdoor environments, and performing cleaning/maintenance tasks. Successful candidates have customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- Help customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required
- Physical Requirements:
  - Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
  - Walk in/outdoor environments (up to 50% of time)
  - Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks
  - Qualifications:
    - Customer service experience in sales environments
    - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
