Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Therapist - Full Time - LCSW
or LPC - New Jersey Licensed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver remote care throughout short-term evidence-based
programs
Monitor participant progress and document session notes while
providing follow-up communications
Participate in care team meetings and assist participants in
accessing resources
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted license in New Jersey: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or
state equivalent
Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (40 hrs/week
from Mon-Fri)
Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare
program
