A company is looking for a Communications/Change Management
Specialist - Freelance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end communication strategies and
launch objectives
Define the optimal communication approach, including timing,
channel selection, and messaging
Establish metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and
provide data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and executing communication
strategies for global organizational launches, particularly
tech-focused
Demonstrated ability to craft communication strategies and develop
actionable roadmaps
Understanding of cultural nuances in communication for global
audiences
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience
in communicating LMS features to users
Portfolio of work samples demonstrating experience in successful
communication strategies
