Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Practice Manager to oversee
services sales enablement and delivery success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage services sales and delivery for assigned accounts, focusing
on bookings and utilization targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, propose, and sell
Professional Services and Training to clients
Own project outcomes, manage financials, and maintain high customer
satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role or
similar capacity
Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or
Cloud fields
Proven track record of meeting booking, utilization, and
consumption targets
Experience in developing technology programs and defining project
milestones
Bonus points for experience in a client support or advisory
technical role
