Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Professional
Services to lead their Services operations and enhance customer
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the executive sponsor for customer relationships and drive
overall growth and profitability of services
Optimize resources and processes to achieve KPIs and improve
service delivery
Develop and implement strategies for business process outsourcing
and partner success programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience in professional services or
delivery/support functions
At least 10 years of experience with metrics and processes in
professional services
5 years of experience as a services executive in a recognized SaaS
organization
5 years of experience in the non-profit sector as a service
provider
Proven track record of building relationships across various
organizational functions
