Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quantitative Analytics Manager
responsible for leading the development and validation of
predictive and machine-learning models.
Key Responsibilities
Create and leverage models and prescriptive analysis to solve
business problems
Lead and coach team members on data analysis best practices and
methodologies
Coordinate with data stewards to improve data procedures and
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or Bachelor's degree
with additional experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders
or 6 years for Bachelor's degree holders
Experience with SQL/NoSQL and advanced programming in
Python/R/SAS
Knowledge of cloud-based and distributed computing
Ability to establish standards and best practices for model
building and maintenance
