Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Instruction for the
Prelicensure BSN program.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of didactic courses and ensure
compliance with university policies
Manage faculty performance, including hiring, training, and
providing support for professional development
Promote a culture of faculty development and enhance teaching
effectiveness through workshops and individual consultations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
MSN required; Doctorate degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in higher education,
preferably online
Active, current, and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure
Minimum of three years of bedside nursing experience
CNE preferred or willingness to obtain
