Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Data Analysis to support
analytic data needs for an assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize data analysis needs to control medical
costs and ensure quality healthcare delivery
Coordinate analysis and development initiatives with cross health
plan initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of analysts while performing analysis and
reporting to support the Health Plan and Corporate
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale
projects
Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, with relational database
knowledge
Understanding of health insurance business and claims payment
procedures preferred
