responsible for managing recruitment processes and attracting top
talent.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and
expectations
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and maintain a talent
pipeline
Facilitate the onboarding process and promote the company's culture
and values
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Organizational Development, or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
management
2+ years of experience in organizational development or workforce
planning
Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various
levels and functions
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR
software
