Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Operations Manager to enhance
sales processes and support decision-making in their cybersecurity
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics to drive
data-informed decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements across sales and
marketing functions
Provide analytical support and insights to sales leaders and
collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred
5+ years of experience in sales operations or marketing operations,
preferably in technology or cybersecurity
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and
reporting
Good working knowledge of CRM tools, Salesforce, SQL, and
Tableau
Familiarity with commission structures and incentive plans
