Job Description:
A company is looking for a Core Component Stress Analysis
Engineer for a contract opportunity remote.
Key Responsibilities
Perform stress analysis for Natrium Core Assemblies using FEA and
hand calculations
Present analysis results to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary Engineering and Project Teams on
requirements and inputs
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
Minimum of ten years of structural analysis experience
Experience with FEA using ANSYS or ABAQUS
Familiarity with design codes such as ASME BPVC and API 579-1/ASME
FFS-1
Experience in scripting languages such as APDL or Python
