Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accountant to support the Corporate
Accounting department with various accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
ensuring compliance with GAAP
Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances or
unexpected results
Prepare journal entries and collaborate with cross-functional
teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or CPA track required; MBA is a plus
2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or accounting
functions
Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
Experience with general ledger and financial reporting systems
