Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Associate (Accounting).
Key Responsibilities
Document transactions and ensure compliance with accounting
policies and donor requirements
Assist in the preparation of budgets and support annual audits
Implement financial controls and asset management protocols
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent
practical experience
3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
Professional certification (such as CPA/ACCA) is required
Competence in Excel and financial & accounting software (e.g.,
Intacct, QuickBooks)
Working language competence in English; knowledge of French or
Portuguese is a plus
