A company is looking for a Financial Services Operations
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support operational activities related to mutual
funds and alternative products
Drive process improvement initiatives and optimize controls
Lead projects, including system conversions and implementations
Required Qualifications
Master's degree, Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related
experience, or high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant
experience
Experience in mutual funds, alternative products, and financial
operations
Prior experience in managing a team is preferred
Advanced knowledge of financial products and operations within the
investment management industry
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
