Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Insights and
Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the data analysis and insights team, promoting
continuous improvement
Define success metrics and conduct opportunity analysis to guide
strategic direction
Develop dashboards and regular reporting while collaborating with
various teams to meet data needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
tools, particularly Tableau or Power BI
5+ years of leadership experience in insights, business operations,
or finance
Proficiency in statistical analysis and experience with cloud
platforms like AWS or Azure
Understanding of data lake infrastructures and experience with
subscription or SaaS business models
