Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Programs Specialist to
align HR initiatives with company goals and improve operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Steer the People Leadership team with strategic priorities and
project plans
Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain budget oversight in
partnership with finance
Lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans
and facilitate team gatherings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
6+ years of experience in program management or managing critical
people programs
Demonstrated experience in project management, stakeholder
management, and change management
Proven commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging
(DEIB) initiatives
